MarekSawing & Drilling in TX is seeking motivated individuals to join as Concrete Sawing & Drilling Helper/Trainees. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and mentorship to build a career in the construction industry on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

You'll assist experienced Operators with cutting, coring, and GPR scanning while developing skills for advancement into an Operator role, with opportunities based on performance and initiative.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role, hands-on training and mentorship.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Safety-focused with ability to travel locally.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete sawing, coring, demolition, and removal on active jobsites.
• Support layout, measuring, and precision cutting operations.
• Assist with demolition and structural modification projects.
• Operate safely in commercial, industrial, medical, and roadway environments.
• Follow company safety policies, PPE requirements, Silica Safety standards, and OSHA regulations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Learn safe operation of equipment including flatsaws, wallsaws, coredrills, handsaws/ringsaws, wiresaws, mini excavators, skid steers, and robotic demolition equipment.
