MarekSawing&Drilling is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as ConcreteSawing & Drilling Helper/Trainees. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and mentorship, helping you build a rewarding career in the construction industry on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Texas, Florida, and Tennessee.

As a Helper/Trainee, you will assist experienced operators with concrete cutting, coring, wallsawing, wire sawing, and GPR scanning while developing skills to

Qualifications

• Construction, concrete, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work in outdoor environments and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist concrete sawing, coring, demolition, and removal activities on active job sites.
• Support layout, measuring, and precision cutting operations.
• Assist with demolition and structural modification projects.
• Follow safety policies, PPE requirements, silica standards, and OSHA regulations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Learn safe operation of specialized equipment (flatsaws, wallsaws, coredrills, handsaws, wiresaws, mini excavators, skid steers, robotic demolition equipment).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials.
