Ceco Concrete Construction in Minneapolis, MN is seeking Laborers for Concrete Construction. The Laborer I is an entry-level role supporting concrete operations, assisting skilled trades, preparing and cleaning job sites, handling materials, and operating basic tools and equipment.

Ideal candidates will be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in various weather conditions. Prior formwork or concrete labor experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role supporting concrete construction operations.
• Preferred 12 months of formwork/concrete labor experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor including jobsite clean-up and material handling.
• Operate power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Assist in pouring vertical concrete and install reshores.
• Work in inclement weather and dusty/noisy construction environments.
