Ceco Concrete Construction in Tampa, FL is seeking a Laborer I to support concrete operations. This entry-level role involves assisting skilled trades, site prep, material handling, and operating basic tools on job sites.

You will contribute to foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs while maintaining safety and efficiency. Candidates should be able to perform physical tasks, work outdoors in varying weather, and follow instructions from the crew.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Laborer I role in concrete construction.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in varying weather.
• OSHA 30 card desired; prior formwork/concrete labor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor including jobsite cleanup and moving materials by hand.
• Operate motorized equipment and power tools (saws, hammers, nails, bolts).
• Assist in pouring vertical concrete and installation of reshores per instructions.
• Work in all weather conditions with safety and accuracy.
