Advanced Care Staffing is recruiting for entry-level Concierge to work for a nursing home in Bronx, NY.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and politely welcome patients, families and visitors, and make everyone feel at home
• Review, update and familiarize guest services directory and respond to inquiries
• Handle requests from patients and make sure customers receive adequate level of service or help with their questions and concerns
• Assist residents with non-clinical requests like taking meal orders, transporting residents to activities, helping with television or telephone, and others
• Assist staff in providing and coordinating services to residents, families and visitors
• Share information and refer customer concerns with the appropriate staff
• Address customer concerns and answer questions or direct inquiry to the appropriate staff
• Monitor entry area for visitors and guests
• Other tasks as assigned by administration
