Job summary

Responsibilities include weighing residual bulk, cleaning equipment, calibrating scales and pH meters, maintaining logbooks, and ensuring data integrity. You will coordinate with leads and supervisors to maintain safety, quality, and production schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to read documents in Standard English such as SOPs and manuals.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect and weigh residual bulk.
• Clean formulation equipment and areas.
• Disassemble, clean, and prepare filters.
• Calibrate scales and pH meters per SOPs.
• Clean Formulation work areas and equipment.
• Record data into logbooks and batch records with integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness in compounding areas.
• Coordinate with Lead Compounder and Supervisors to avoid scheduling issues.
• Stop production if quality, safety, or efficiency is unsatisfactory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
