Americhem is seeking a Compounder Operator in a manufacturing environment. The role involves setting up and operating compounding equipment, measuring and mixing formulations, and ensuring accurate weights and inventory control.

The ideal candidate will handle data recording, follow formulation specs, and participate in cross-training to support ISO/IATF standards while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring/weights are important.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate compounding equipment (blenders, scales) following specifications.
• Compound materials with accurate weights and measurements.
• Barcode materials and manage inventory control.
• Follow formulation specifications and safety protocols; operate powered equipment.
• Record data including formulations and labor hours; analyze data as needed.
• Cross-train on various operations to support ISO/IATF standards.
