Job summary

Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp Coppell, Texas, United States is seeking a Compounder I to join our small, fast-paced facility. You will manufacture basic bulk product batches in accordance with approved master formulas, under the direction of a qualified compounder or supervisor, while maintaining GMP compliance and a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities include weighing inputs, operating qualified processing equipment, recording data accurately, and participating in routine QC

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent.
• Previous work in a manufacturing environment.
• No prior batch blending experience required; qualification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture basic product batches (scrubs, washes and other surfactant systems) under supervision.
• Operate processing equipment for which training is current and documented.
• Complete and maintain cGMP, SOP, safety and equipment training before operating independently.
• Verify raw material identity, lot number, expiry and quantity before charge-in; participate in second-person verification.
• Record batch, cleaning and equipment data accurately and contemporaneously; correct entries with line-throughs and initials.
• Perform in-process checks (pH, viscosity, temperature, etc.) and submit samples to QC as directed.
• Perform line clearance and verify equipment/area labeling before starting a batch.
• Wash, sanitize, and set up equipment per cleaning procedures; observe hold times.
