Qualifications

• 2 years batch blending experience.
• Qualified against the Compounder II competency matrix.
• Able to read/process English process instructions and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture product batches per master formula and process instruction.
• Train new and temporary employees and verify weights/measures.
• Operate processing equipment within scope of training and qualification.
• Complete and maintain required cGMP, SOP, safety and equipment training.
• Record batch, cleaning and equipment data accurately and attributably.
• Perform in-process checks and address out-of-spec results.
• Reconcile actual yield to theoretical yield and report discrepancies.
• Maintain line clearance and verify equipment/area labeling before starting a batch.
