Intervention Inc. seeks a Community Corrections Specialist for our Lakewood, CO residential facility on the 2nd Evening Shift.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, no prior experience is needed, as full paid training is provided to prepare you for probation and public safety work. You will monitor safety, track resident compliance, conduct UDS and breathalyzer tests, maintain records, and support residents with guidelines and resources to aid reentry into the

Responsabilidades

• Monitor Facility Safety: Conduct routine rounds, headcounts, and building security checks.
• Track Resident Compliance: Log resident movements, sign‑ins, sign‑outs, and curfew adherence.
• Enforce Accountability: Administer routine urine drug screenings (UDS) and breathalyzer tests.
• Maintain Records: Complete accurate logbook documentation and shift incident reports.
• Support Reentry: Assist residents with facility guidelines, chore supervision, and resource access.
