Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to maintain firm, professional boundaries with residents.
• High attention to detail for precise legal and facility record-keeping.
• Must pass a standard criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility safety with routine rounds, headcounts, and security checks.
• Track resident movements, sign-ins/sign-outs, and curfew adherence.
• Administer urine drug screenings and breathalyzer tests.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and shift incident reports.
• Support reentry by assisting with guidelines, chores, and resource access.
