You will monitor safety, track resident activity, perform routine UDS and breathalyzer tests, keep records, and assist with reentry resources. A strong boundary mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to maintain firm, professional boundaries with residents.
• High attention to detail for precise legal and facility record-keeping.
• Must pass a standard criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility safety with rounds, headcounts, and security checks.
• Track resident movements, sign-ins, sign-outs, and curfew compliance.
• Administer urine drug screenings and breathalyzer tests.
• Maintain accurate logbook entries and shift incident reports.
• Support residents with guidelines, chores, and resource access.
