Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Male gender is Bona Fide Occupational Qualification for this role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Facility Safety: conduct rounds, headcounts, and security checks.
• Track Resident Compliance: log movements, sign-ins, sign-outs, and curfew adherence.
• Enforce Accountability: administer urine drug screenings and breathalyzer tests.
• Maintain Records: complete logbook and incident reports.
• Support Reentry: assist residents with guidelines, chores, and resource access.
