• Computer skills – basic ability to enter data, generate reports and create communications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Educate new clients on facility policies and complete program orientation.
• Monitor clients and enforce facility rules to ensure safety and compliance.
• Document incidents and communications accurately in the system and reports.
