Job summary

Isringhausen Inc., located in Charleston, SC, is seeking an entry-level Commercial Operations Associate to support order management, customer service, and reporting within the Sales team.

You will collaborate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure accurate order processing, timely communication, and reliable data. This role offers growth toward Account Management and Business Development as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Internship or prior customer service, administrative, or business experience is preferred but not required.
• Exposure to manufacturing, automotive, logistics, or commercial operations environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for orders, schedules, and inquiries.
• Process customer orders and maintain order accuracy throughout the order lifecycle.
• Process, maintain, and reconcile EDI schedules.
• Update orders based on customer requirements, production priorities and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (open orders, past-due orders, sales).
• Track RFQs and support quotation activities, assist with pricing reviews and pricing updates.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Finance to resolve customer concerns.
• Assist with sales forecasting and customer demand analysis.
