The Killbuck Savings Bank Co. in Millersburg, OH is seeking an entry-level Commercial Loan Administrative Assistant to support the loan team from application to completed file. You will gather and prepare loan documents, coordinate with loan officers, and help move files through the processing pipeline.

This full-time role requires detail orientation and the ability to mail notices, review in-process loans, and image completed files. EOE.

Qualifications

• Prepare loan documentation for all loan types and properly execute liens.
• Coordinate loan request details with loan officers.
• Mail Notices to customers.
• Monitor reports of in process, counter offered and denied loans.
• Image and review completed loan files.

Responsabilités

• Assist loan officer in processing loans from application to completed file.
• Prepare and verify supporting documents for loan approvals.
• Coordinate communication between borrowers and loan officers.
• Ensure lien accuracy and proper execution of documents.
• Maintain organized loan files and imaging records.
