Qualifications

• Track loan pipeline and ensure timely processing.
• Collect borrower documentation and input data into the loan processing system.
• Coordinate closings with lenders, attorneys, and clients.
• Disburse loan proceeds via checks or wires and ensure proper post-closing documentation.
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the loan lifecycle.
