Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is hiring an entry-level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance, and service for commercial customers. You will work on rooftop units, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot alongside a team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, HVAC trade school experience, 1+ year mechanical support, EPA Type I/II or Universal, and a valid driver's license. Willingness to travel and relocate as training completes is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• HVAC trade school graduate with 3.5 GPA preferred.
• 1+ years in mechanical support; HVAC hands-on preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal preferred; NATE certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 90 lbs.
• Technical aptitude for maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently; willing to travel and relocate when training completes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Use technical abilities to maintain HVAC systems.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work safely and follow all safety procedures daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned; overtime and weekend work may be required.
