Job summary

RAE Corporation is seeking an Entry-level Line 2 Coil Brazing associate at its Pryor, OK facility. The role focuses on attaching u-bends, headers, and distributors using pattern diagrams and soldering joints on heat exchange coils to pass pressure tests.

Expect to work in a heavy industrial environment with safety procedures, and contribute to team efforts across departments while maintaining quality and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is desired to support upward advancement within the company.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and bills of material to perform brazing tasks.
• Read a tape measure down to 1/16 of an inch to ensure accurate measurements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and bills of materials to perform brazing tasks.
• Use a gas torch to melt and apply solder, ensuring joints are complete and leak-free.
• Read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch for accurate measurements.
• Care for tools and notify maintenance if any equipment is not working properly.
• Accurately charge time in the system for payroll and labor distribution.
• Work overtime as necessary to meet deadlines and collaborate with others across departments.
