Job summary

TE-CO Manufacturing is seeking an Entry Level CNC Lathe Machinist to operate CNC lathe equipment and produce workpieces that meet blueprint specifications and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone building foundational machining skills under supervision, with on-the-job training provided and growth opportunities as skills develop.

Shift hours are 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. On-the-job training is provided to help you grow, with a family‑oriented environment and

Qualifications

• Entry level role with on-the-job training provided.
• Ideal for someone building foundational machining skills under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints and process documents to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Select and secure fixtures, tools, and materials on machines.
• Observe machine operation and adjust offsets as required for accuracy.
• Enter commands and load programs into machine controllers.
• Ensure proper lubrication and cooling of workpieces during machining.
• Measure finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintain and clean machines and work area; back up programs.
