You may be recent graduate or currently completing a CNC/machining program; no extensive industry experience is required, and strong fundamentals plus a willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Recent or upcoming completion of a CNC, machining, tool & die, or manufacturing program strongly preferred.
• No extensive industry experience required; strong technical fundamentals and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and EDM machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs to ensure correct parts.
• Develop experience with tight tolerances including as close as .0005".
• Select, build, and adjust fixtures and tooling for machining operations.
• Download and upload CNC programs and make adjustments under guidance.
• Monitor processes and inspect finished parts for accuracy.
