Job summary

Day shift, Monday–Friday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional Saturday work. Minimum 5 years experience and a DOL Journeyman Certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years CNC operator experience.
• DOL Journeyman Certificate required.
• Strong math, geometry and GD&T interpretation.
• Ability to program and set up Haas or Hurco machines.
• Demonstrated quality inspection and documentation.
• Team-oriented with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs from blueprints and engineering plans.
• Interpret designs and adjust tooling and setups as needed.
• Operate CNC machines to produce precision metal parts.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform safety checks.
• Document actions, irregularities and shift handoffs.
• Maintain safety procedures and continuous learning.
