Job summary

DIHO Consulting USA is seeking an Entry-Level Construction Materials Testing Technician to join our Geismar, TX team. You will perform field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and pile monitoring to ensure compliance with project specs.

Training will be provided, and certifications are encouraged. This role requires reliable transportation, the ability to pass a DISA drug screen and background check, and willingness to work variable hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Construction or Construction Materials Testing.
• Must have dependable transportation and is preferred to have a truck for work incentive program.
• Must be able to pass a DISA drug screen.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• TWIC card (preferred).
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and equipment.
• Capable of maintaining anOn Call type schedule and willing to work obscure hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform field tests including soils, concrete, asphalt, and pile monitoring.
• Document test results and prepare detailed reports.
• Operate company vehicle safely and follow safety procedures at all times.
• Follow all company procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
• Build positive relationships with clients.
• Arrive at the job site on time and communicate with dispatch daily.
• Communicate with onsite clients and relay information to management.
