Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Dallas is seeking an entry-level Recruitment Consultant to own the full sales cycle— from first contact to placement— in a client-facing, 360 role. You’ll join a driven team and place top cloud technology talent with high-value clients.

You’ll drive new business through outbound outreach, build relationships at all levels, and negotiate terms while managing the entire candidate lifecycle. Expect onboarding and a clear promotion path.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience is preferred; cold-calling experience is a strong plus.
• A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• The ability to build relationships at every level of an organization.
• Resilience, drive, and a genuine hunger to keep improving.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new client relationships through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow your client base and drive revenue.
• Run in-depth client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor your search.
• Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle — sourcing, screening, submitting, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and closing.
