Care Access is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support ongoing clinical studies in Brandon, Florida. This entry-level role trains candidates to perform essential research tasks under supervision, with a focus on consent, data entry, specimen handling, and coordination of study visits.

The position emphasizes adherence to FDA regulations and GCP, effective communication, and collaboration with the CRC and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and professionalism with diverse populations.

• Working knowledge of medical and research terminology.
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practices (GCP).

Responsibilities

• Obtain informed consent per SOP under CRC supervision.
• Complete visit procedures as per protocol under CRC guidance.
• Collect, process and ship specimens per protocol under CRC guidance.
• Maintain adherence to FDA regulations and ICH guidelines.
• Schedule visits and send reminders to participants.
• Assist recruitment of new participants via phone screenings.
• Document data accurately on paper or e-source systems.
• Assist with administrative tasks and site logs.
