Pace is seeking an Entry-Level Client Project Coordinator in East Longmeadow, MA, to provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Project Management team. This on-site role will connect client needs with project execution, ensuring smooth intake, setup, and delivery of client work.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of customer service experience, with strong organization and attention to detail.

  • Schedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system based on client needs.
  • Assist with budgets, timelines, materials, staffing, and project requirements.
