Job summary

Pace is seeking a Client Services Technician to join the bottle prep team in our Tonawanda, NY facility. You will gain full training and grow a career in environmental science while supporting our logistics network.

Responsibilities include managing glassware, processing orders in LIMS, packaging deliveries, and ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience is not required, but good computer skills help.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required; Outlook experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to handle glassware safely.

• Glassware Management: select glassware from inventory and label correctly.
• Order Processing: use LIMS to record orders and ensure accuracy.
• Packaging and Delivery: prepare and securely pack orders for shipment.
• Quality Control: verify orders meet specifications before dispatch.
• Safety and Cleanliness: maintain a clean, safe work environment.
