Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented Client Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team on-site. Responsibilities

  • Oversee, review, complete, and process project management forms, documents, databases and related information.
  • Serve as a liaison for client project needs to ensure successful project setup.
  • Schedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system based on client sample needs.
  • Review login dashboards and update information and confirmations as needed.
  • Assist with project management and cross-functional initiatives, including budgets, timelines, materials, staffing, and project requirements.
