Job summary

Pace seeks a Client Project Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Management team on an on-site basis. You will act as a liaison between project management and sample receiving for smooth intake, setup, and execution of client work.

Responsibilities include handling project forms, liaising with clients, directing calls, and entering orders. A Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of customer service is required; strong organization and attention to detail are

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemistry, biology.
  • 1 year of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and process project management forms and docs.
  • Liaise client needs to ensure project setup.
  • Direct client calls to the appropriate Project Manager.
  • Schedule bottle orders into the container order system.
  • Review login dashboards and update information.
  • Assist with budgets, timelines, materials, staffing and project requirements.
  • Apply department policies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Propose efficiency improvements and support cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Promote Pace’s mission through professional interactions with clients and coworkers.
