Job summary

Harbor IT is seeking an entry-level Client Deployment Technician to join the Framingham client services team. You will configure, deploy, and ship end-user machines, manage shipping/receiving of hardware, and guide users through initial setup and login.

This role blends hands-on IT deployment with customer interaction and serves as an onboarding point for recent technical graduates building a nationwide MSP career.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic IT tasks including workstation setup and imaging.
• Strong proficiency in Windows and productivity tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication; professional client-facing presence.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy end-user machines for client environments using imaging tools like Microsoft Intune.
• Deploy software packages per client configuration standards (ImmyBot).
• Refresh and replace aging devices across client fleets.
• Receive hardware orders and confirm inventory; ship devices to client end users from Framingham office.
• Provide first-line setup support and guide users through first-time login.
