Job summary

J Rose Logistics invites aspiring truck drivers to join its Training & Onboarding program. Trainees receive paid orientation in Springdale, AR with travel and hotel provided and a $100 food stipend.

An on-the-road mentorship lasts at least 10 days, followed by a solo upgrade to receive full solo status and their own truck. During solo driving, you start at 0.35 CPM with 2,500+ miles per week, then move to 0.70 CPM after 3 months and 0.80 CPM after one year, plus breakdown pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Recent grads welcomed; CDL must be within past 12 months.
• DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Complete a minimum of 10 days of hands-on OTR training with a driver mentor.
• Return for final testing and upgrade to full solo status.
• Earn CPM-based pay during training and after upgrading to solo driver.
