Job summary

Mills Auto Group is seeking an entry-level administrative team member to interact with customers and identify potential claims. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and a positive representative for the company.

Responsibilities include handling damaged parts, processing claims for six manufacturers, and preparing documentation for returns. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm, with starting pay of $16.00–$17.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Administrative abilities and a positive representation for Mills Auto Group.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Good communication skills; able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting damaged automotive parts and determining the next step in the process.
• Taking calls from customers regarding damaged parts and assisting with return authorization.
• Processing parts claims for damage -overage and shortage claims for 6 manufacturers.
• Preparing claim documentation and parts to be returned to our 6 manufacturers.
