CMR is seeking an entry-level, fully remote Claims Adjuster to investigate and resolve damage claims for utility-related incidents. No insurance adjusting experience is required; we provide training and support to help you grow.

Base pay starts at $15/hour for the first 90 days or $12/hour thereafter, plus monthly bonuses. This role emphasizes accurate data entry, timely responses, and customer interactions in a call-center environment, with opportunities to obtain an insurance adjuster license.

The Drop Claims Adjuster is responsible for recovering payments for damage claims involving utility company equipment and facilities in a call center environment. The claims adjuster interacts with homeowners, business owners, contractors, insurance companies, and utility company field technicians.
