Job summary

CMR is seeking a Claims Research Specialist to process utility property and damage claims in line with established guidelines. You will verify data accuracy, analyze information to identify the correct party to bill, and enter claim details into our customized software.

You will respond to client inquiries by email and phone, communicate professionally with colleagues, and maintain organized records from a home-based setup with a reliable internet connection.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Adjuster experience or licensing preferred.
• Strong data entry and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
