Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Civil/Environmental/Construction/ Land Survey or Structural Engineering with focus on Civil Engineering
• Reliable transportation to and from office location
• Willingness to learn and try new things

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers and Team Leaders on land development projects (industrial, residential, mixed-use, urban redevelopment, affordable housing)
• Learn drafting, plan production, design, field inspections, cost estimation and coordination
• Use AutoCAD and HydroCAD in design and planning
• Assist with permit applications, technical specifications, exhibits, drawings and presentations
• Other duties as assigned
