Job summary

American Structurepoint, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Staff Engineer for our Civil Site Engineering Group in Indianapolis, IN.

You'll gain hands-on experience in site design, grading, utilities, parking, roadways, and stormwater management while collaborating with licensed engineers. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel is used to create and refine construction plans and documents.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing Civil Engineering or related programs.
• Reliable transportation to the office location.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers and Team Leaders on land development projects.
• Learn drafting, plan production, design, field inspections, cost estimation and coordination.
• Use AutoCAD and HydroCAD to develop construction plans.
• Assist with permit applications and prepare design drawings and presentation materials.
