Job summary

American Engineering Testing (AET) is seeking a Project Manager to join our civil engineering and consulting team in Wisconsin. This entry-level PM role supports senior managers in planning, organizing, and executing construction materials testing projects, gaining foundational experience in project documentation, resource allocation, and client communications.

You will work under supervision, learn to manage timelines, coordinate field and lab activities, and help maintain safety and quality

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, PM or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience in construction or engineering.
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing project timelines and resources to meet standards.
• Coordinate timely collection and testing of samples with field and lab teams.
• Organize and update project documentation and test result summaries.
• Provide project updates to clients and internal teams under supervision.
