Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Ability to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR) per applicable laws.
• Relocation eligible as stated in the job posting.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with departmental design guides, standards and codes used at Black & Veatch.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support design and construction of water and wastewater projects.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and resolve design challenges with client input.
• Perform routine research and make recommendations for equipment/material selection.
• Prepare basic engineering calculations following standard methods and principles.
• Assist with project schedules, cost estimates, and engineering deliverables for project execution.
