S&Me, Inc. is looking for an eager, full-time entry-level Civil Engineer to join the Civil/Energy team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role offers hands-on experience and personalized mentorship from Professional Engineers while working on impactful projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and 0-2 years of experience. Qualifications

• 0-2 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design projects.
• Aspiration to take the Professional Engineer (P.E.) exam within the next 4-5 years.

Responsibilities

• Learn from Experienced Mentors - Work alongside Professional Engineers.
• Contribute to Meaningful Projects - Support the planning and design.
• Develop Technical Skills - Create drawings and perform calculations.
• Support Civil Site Design - Help with grading plans and permitting.
• Collaborate with Clients and Teams - Engage with clients and teammates.
