Ackerman-Estvold in Boise, ID is seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer to support design development and field coordination on civil projects. You will help move projects from concept to construction by ensuring plans are clear, buildable, and aligned with client needs.

Responsibilities include supporting civil design and plan reviews using AutoCAD or Civil 3D, preparing updates, assisting with site observations, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (accredited program).
• Working knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD or Civil 3D) and comfort analyzing data
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support civil design and plan review for Construction projects, including prioritizing requirements and tracking updates
• Produce and refine Design deliverables using CAD tools (AutoCAD/Civil 3D)
• Assist with site observations and coordination, documenting progress and follow-ups
• Contribute to clear project communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
