Ackerman-Estvold in Boise is hiring an entry-level Civil Engineer to move projects from concept to construction, supporting design development and field coordination. You will work with CAD tools (AutoCAD/Civil 3D), perform site observations, and help ensure plans are clear, buildable, and aligned with client needs.

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering and strong problem-solving and communication skills are required.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (accredited program).
• Working knowledge of CAD tools (AutoCAD or Civil 3D) and comfort analyzing data.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support civil design and plan review for Construction projects, including prioritizing requirements and tracking updates.
• Produce and refine design deliverables using CAD tools (AutoCAD/Civil 3D).
• Assist with site observations and coordination, documenting progress and follow-ups.
• Contribute to clear project communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
