• Full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in a legal setting involving legal research, interpreting laws, preparing documents, and assisting in case file preparation.

Responsabilités

• Perform beginning level child support case work under supervision.
• Process cases through location, case development, initial notices to non-custodial parents, and enforcement involvement.
• Prepare case files for the BCSE Attorney.
• Respond to customer service inquiries and resolve less complex issues; maintain confidentiality of information.
