Qualifications

• Paralegal or legal secretarial training may substitute for two years of the required training.

Responsibilities

• Process cases through location, case development, initial notices to non-custodial parents.
• Prepare case files for the BCSE Attorney.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain confidentiality.
