Job summary

American Driver in Minnesota launches your trucking career on a dedicated regional route with guaranteed income from day one. You’ll complete a 4–6 week paid training with an experienced trainer, then step into full solo earnings with consistent miles and reliable home time.

During training you’ll receive 1-on-1 mentorship, hands-on operations, route planning, and safety inspections. After training, expect weekly earnings around $1,400–$1,500 with a $1,000 guaranteed weekly pay for 3 months and

Qualifications

• Education: 120+ hours completed at an accredited CDL school.
• Age 21+ with a CDL from home state.
• Clean driving record (≤2 moving violations in 2 years; no major accidents in 5 years).
• Willingness to pass urine and hair drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 4–6 week paid training with an experienced trainer.
• Learn 1-on-1 mentorship, drop-and-hook procedures, and safety inspections.
• Support route planning, time management, and ELD/compliance basics.
• Transition to solo driving on dedicated regional lanes with a planner.
