Job summary

Blue Trucking is hiring a CDL A Company Driver Trainee for OTR, regional, and local routes. This dry van trainee program provides training, support, and real driving experience for new drivers with a valid CDL A and no prior driving experience.

Paid orientation and weekly training ranging from $500 to $1,050, with hotel, meals, and travel covered in advance. Training and placement depend on ZIP code, and opportunities may include local, regional, or OTR freight.

Qualifications

• Valid physical Class A CDL
• No prior Class A driving experience required
• Pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Complete the required training program
• Safe driving record and professional attitude

Responsibilities

• After training, placed on best available account near home area (local/regional/OTR)
• Training and placement with an account based on ZIP code
• Ongoing orientation, training, and dispatch support
