Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking new CDL drivers to join a regional fleet based in West Valley City, Utah. Training lasts 4 to 6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, earning $800 per week during training and a guaranteed $1,000 per week for the first 3 months solo after sign-off.

The region covers Utah and 11 western states, with home every two weeks and approximately 1,900 miles per week. Pay includes $1,300–$1,400 weekly gross and $0.50 per mile to start, plus a performance bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and 21+ years old.
• New drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years; no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing and a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Train with an experienced driver trainer for 4 to 6 weeks.
• Earn $800 per week while you train.
• Your own truck after sign off.
• $1,000 per week guaranteed for first 3 months solo.

Training
