NIS EXPRESS in Logan, Utah seeks CDL drivers for routes across Utah and the western states. New CDL holders train for $800 a week, and once on the road you can earn $1,300 to $1,400 weekly gross plus 0.50 per mile start pay and guaranteed pay in the first 3 months after solo dispatch.

Expect about 1,900 miles weekly and home every 2 weeks; benefits include health/dental/vision after 30 days, 401(k) with match, and paid time off. Orientation pay and rider/pet policies apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsabilités

• Operate routes across Utah and the western 11 states.
• Drive about 1,900 miles per week on average.

• Train and transition from trainee to solo driver per program.
• Comply with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Pay

• $1,300 to $1,400 average weekly gross
• $0.50 per mile to start, full linehaul rates after 6 months
• $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch
• $15 stop pay, monthly performance bonus

Training

• $800 per week, 4 to 6 weeks with a trainer
• Full solo pay after

• Utah and the western 11 states
