Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is hiring for regional over-the-road driving across 11 Western states. Earn an average weekly gross of $1,300–$1,400 with $0.50 per mile starting pay, plus banded pay for shorter loads and full linehaul rates after 6 months.

New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply; 4–6 weeks of over-the-road training with an experienced trainer, earning $800 weekly during training, followed by solo driver pay. Benefits start after 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate routes across 11 Western states with home time every 2 weeks.
• Maintain safety and on-time deliveries, complete logs.

Job description

Idaho Falls sits right inside the hiring zone for this Utah based regional fleet. Run the Western states, stay close to home, and start with paid training if your CDL is new.

Pay and Miles

• Average weekly gross: $1,300 to $1,400
• Starting rate: $0.50 per mile, banded pay on shorter loads, full linehaul rates after 6 months
• First 3 months solo: $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay
• Extras: $15 stop pay and a monthly performance bonus
• Miles: about 1,900 per week

The Job

• 11 Western states, mostly drop and hook
• Home every 2 weeks, requests honored for strong performers
• Mountain and winter lanes, steady hands wanted
• Riders and pets allowed after training

Paid Training

• New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply
• 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer
• $800 weekly training pay, then straight to full solo driver pay
• Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Military experience considered with a valid DD214
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
