Boot Hill Casino & Resort is seeking a Surveillance Agent to monitor gaming and non-gaming areas, document activity, and help protect guests, Team Members, and assets. No surveillance experience is required—we provide comprehensive training.

You’ll work behind the scenes with advanced surveillance technology, produce investigative reports, and support law enforcement when needed. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to prepare professional investigative reports and documentation.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn surveillance technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor gaming and non-gaming operations using surveillance systems.
• Observe, document, and report activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare accurate, detailed investigative reports in a timely manner.
• Assist management, regulatory agencies, and law enforcement with investigations when necessary.
• Communicate findings to management and other departments.
