Job summary

Plainridge Park Casino is seeking a vigilant surveillance team member to monitor casino activity, assist in maintaining a safe and fun environment, and support guest experiences. You will learn game floor monitoring, incident logging and be trained to recognize irregular activity.

Applicants should be at least 21, hold a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), and be comfortable with computers and surveillance tech.

• High school diploma or GED, or 0–3 months related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Foster a fun environment for guests and coworkers.
• Be a gracious host to guests and coworkers.
• Promote a positive community presence and participate in events.
• Surveillance duties including monitoring with CCTV and logging activity.
• Learn all casino games and be trained to recognise cheating or irregular activity.
• Learn policies, procedures, internal controls, and state regulations for gaming and cash handling.
• Patrol gaming floor, cages, main bank and count rooms via CCTV; prepare daily logs.
• Coordinate with Surveillance to document questionable activity for review or evidence.
• Assist Guest Safety in crime prevention and detect illegal activities.
• Adhere to departmental policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
• Work shifts as required, with notice; some shifts may vary.
